Essayist Patrick Madden is an associate professor of English at Brigham Young University and a faculty member at Vermont College of Fine Arts. His collection of personal essays, Quotidiana, received the Independent Publisher Book of the Year Award and the Association for Mormon Letters Award, and was a finalist for the ForeWord Reviews and PEN Center USA literary awards.
