Kimberly Burge


Kimberly Burge is a narrative journalist, a longtime activist, a Fulbright Scholar to South Africa, and the author of The Born Frees: Writing with the Girls of Gugulethu, a book about girls growing up in post-apartheid South Africa. In addition, her writing has been featured in The Atlantic, Salon, the Huffington Post, and Sojourners. She was also a fellow in global religion reporting for the International Reporting Project.
