Bethany Pierce
Bethany Pierce is an artist and novelist. Her first book, Feeling for Bones--which tells the story of a teen who battles anorexia--was named one of the top books of 2007 by Publishers Weekly. Pierce’s second novel, Amy Inspired, which was published in 2010, explores the relationships, struggles, and difficult choices of a young, aspiring writer. After completing a master's degree in creative writing and working as a visiting instructor at Miami University in Ohio, Pierce now lives with her husband in Charlottesville, Virginia, where she is a member of the McGuffey Art Center.
