Hotels

Festival 2012 attendees have a wide range of lodging options, all located within a five-minute drive to Calvin's campus. (The rooms at the Prince Conference Center, on the Calvin campus, are reserved for our speakers.) Students who are interested in on-campus housing options during the Festival should contact the Festival office for more information.

We have negotiated special rates for Festival 2012 attendees at each of the hotels listed below; please be sure to mention the Festival when making your reservation. Each hotel offers guests complimentary breakfast, internet access, and airport shuttle.

A note about walking: The hotels located near the intersection of 28th Street and the East Beltline appear on maps to be just a short walk from campus, and that would be the case if they were not such busy roads. These are not pedestrian-friendly roads—no continual sidewalks run along them—so we do not recommend planning to walk along them to or from campus.

Also, a special—and very important—note about shuttle service: Due to budgetary constraints, we will be able to provide shuttle service at the beginning and end of each conference day, with limited service during the dinner hour—and only to the following hotels. If you need shuttle service to campus during Festival 2012, please make your reservations at one of the following hotels.
