Randy Boyagoda

Randy Boyagoda is the author of two works of fiction, Governor of the Northern Province, nominated for the Scotiabank Giller Prize, and Beggar’s Feast, nominated for the International IMPAC Dublin Literary Award. His most recent work is a biography of Richard John Neuhaus, entitled Richard John Neuhaus: A Life in the Public Square. A frequent literary and cultural commentator, his work can be found in many newspapers and journals, including the New York Times, The Paris Review, Harper’s Magazine, and The Wall Street JournalBoyagoda holds degrees from the University of Toronto and Boston University, and is currently a professor of literature at Ryerson University.
